About the Role: Working as part of an energetic and highly professional HR team, this position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the People & Culture strategy is achieved throughout the organisation through best-in-class HR practices and processes. Key Responsibilities will include:
Deliver an outstanding HR service to our colleagues, stakeholders and third partiesCollaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profilesCreate compelling job ads and post them on various job boards and social media platformsSource candidates using online channels, professional networks, and eventsScreen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the selection processPromote our employer brand and company culture in all interactionsManage HR related administration including employment contracts, compliance documentation, leave management, attrition and recruitment trackersManage and support the operation of the Time & Attendance systemMaintain accurate employee records and HR systems in line with GDPR requirementsProduce HR reports and analytics in an accurate and timely mannerContribute to ad hoc HR projects as assigned by the Head of People & CultureSuccessful Candidate:
A highly motivated and positive team player with a proven track record for delivering excellent service in all aspects of HR. QualificationsThe successful candidate will hold a recognised 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management and will have at least 3 years post qualification experience. Knowledge of Irish employment legislation is essential. ExperienceSolid experience of end-to-end recruiting and onboardingExcellent communication, organisation and negotiation skillsProven ability to work operationally and strategically Experience in building effective work relationships at all levelsAbility to multitask, prioritise and work on own initiativeExperience recruiting in healthcare is advantageousPersonal attributes will include:
