Award winning international law firmA firm with a strong reputation for having an authentic and inclusive cultureExcellent salary, benefits and bonus on offer including healthcare, pension and 25 days annual leaveHybrid working - 3 days on siteThe Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Technology and Innovation Group, the largest legal team in Ireland specialising in data protection, IT, and intellectual property law. Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to partners and associates in the Technology practice group and the wider Commercial team. - Manage email and diary schedules with precision.

- Oversee AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements for client onboarding, ensuring compliance with all procedures. - Coordinate the billing process, including time entry, invoicing, client account balances, and follow-up on outstanding payments. - Maintain and organise electronic files, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible. - Create, edit, and format legal documents and templates with attention to detail. - Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and itineraries. - Process expenses and update the client marketing database. Key Skills and Requirements- At least 4+ years as a Legal Secretary, PA, or Executive Assistant. - In-depth experience with client billing and payment systems. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- High degree of accuracy in all tasks. - Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities. - Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. - A team player who can also work independently.
