Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s QMS. Conduct internal audits and inspections; report findings and assist in corrective action implementation. Assist with preparations for external audits (e. g. customer, third-party etc). Monitor production practices to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation and records.
Support investigations into customer complaints and quality issues. Work closely with production teams to ensure high standards of hygiene and GMP are upheld. Contribute to quality training and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & ExperienceEssential: 1–2 years’ experience in a QA or Technical role within FMCG or food manufacturing. Practical knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations. Experience with audits or internal inspections. Full driving licence and car. Desirable: Qualification in Food Science or related discipline. Experience working in high-risk food production environments. Level 2 or 3 Food Safety or HACCP certification.
