Are you currently studying IT and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, real-world environment? Alder Group is seeking a Part-Time IT Support Officer (approx. 3 days per week) to join our team and support our growing commercial construction business. This flexible role is ideal for a student eager to apply their knowledge while learning on the job. Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 technical support to staff across hardware, software, and mobile devicesAssist with onboarding/offboarding, account setup, and user access managementSupport purchasing, setup, delivery, and tracking of IT assets including laptops, printers, and modemsMaintain accurate records of IT assets, warranties, and purchasesAssist with basic training and create documentation for common IT issuesHelp maintain systems, perform updates, and monitor performanceAssist with network infrastructure, wireless connectivity, and mobile service managementContribute to data security efforts, including audits, incident reporting, and complianceSupport IT projects and collaborate with the ICT team to implement solutionsParticipate in committees and working groups to support continuous improvementAbout You:
