As COO, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of predominantly early-phase trials. Collaborating with the CEO and executive team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans aligned with the company's mission.
Your leadership will drive operational excellence, quality management and process improvements. You will integrate emerging technologies to streamline operations and standardise project management methodologies ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Building and leading high-performing teams, you will foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) will allow you to assess operational effectiveness and utilise your data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and guide the organisation towards sustained success. We are seeking a leader with a deep understanding of "best-in-class" clinical research practices, ideally honed within a CRO, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environment.
