This individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient management of daily warehouse functions as well as oversee a team of unionized employees, drive performance improvements, and maintain accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
ResponsibilitiesLead team of warehouse employees in a fast-paced unionized environmentCreate shift plans that drive team successMonitor workflows dailyTrack and analyze KPIs dailyMaintain inventory control, conduct regular checks, and ensure real-time stock level trackingIdentify process improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and streamline inbound and outbound operationsEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with policiesManage labor relations in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)Qualifications 3-5+ years of supervisory experience in a unionized warehouse or distribution environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coachExperience with warehouse management and EDI systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAdvanced level Excel skillsEffective communication skillsTHIS IS AN AFTERNOON SHIFT; Monday to Friday, 3PM - 11PM
