Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 1. 5+ years proficiency in Power BI: Advanced knowledge of Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations. 2. 2+ years experience in Data Modeling: Expertise in data modeling, including the creation and optimization of data models to enhance performance and usability. 3. DAX (Data Analysis Expressions): Strong command of DAX for building complex calculations and aggregations. 4. Power Query/M: 5+ years experience with Power Query for data transformation and cleaning. 5. SQL: Ability to write complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation from various databases, minimum 5 years experience. 6. ETL Processes:
Understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools to integrate data from different sources. 7. Programing language: Proficiency in some programing language like python (Understanding of data types, variables, loops, conditionals, and error handling.
