Read on!!How you’ll make an impact here – and on your career: As a Sales Support Application Specialist, reporting to the Manager, Sales Support you will be responsible for correctly and efficiently gathering all documents to submit to underwriting for our new customers – which also means serving as a guide for our Sales Reps on best practices to make sure that the deals get onboarded most efficiently.

You’ll also serve as an intersecting point of imperative information, holding the key to a smooth and pleasant onboarding experience.

What You'll DoYou’ll input statements into the quoting system and continue to unify the quoting processYou’ll document existing processes and create templates to help increase efficiency and effectiveness of the teamEnter data into external databases for submitting complete application packageYou’ll identify opportunities for process improvement, put together suggestions, present to the team and bring them to completionYou’ll be assisting the sales team with a variety of administrative tasks and, in the process, learning about all of the aspects of what they do dailyYou’ll assist merchants in completing application paperwork, and work with underwriters to push new accounts forward to approvalYou’ll keep opportunities, assets and tasks in Salesforce up to date with current statuses and account underwriting notesYou’ll complete and close out opportunities/assets/tasks in a timely manner – meeting deadlines for account setups, and checking fees before end of monthYou’ll effectively work with other departments, such as Relationship Management and Integrations, as needed to complete tasks related to bringing new accounts liveYou’ll be responsible for staying informed using Slack, Salesforce, email, company announcements, utilizing external and internal training resources, etc.

You’re hungry to learn about how sales departments work and aren’t afraid to do admin work to get the knowledge and the experience. You can hold your own talking to anyone in an organization – be it the receptionist or the CEO.
