Vard Electro seeks Project Managers, to be responsible for all aspects of a project. This includes initiation, planning, design, execution and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, within budget, at full satisfaction of the Client and consistent with the contract and financial objectives for Vard Electro. ResponsibilitiesEstablishing the project organization Contract monitoring and being primarily responsible for clarification of contractual and specification factors Team leadership, strategic influencing and taking decisions that benefits the projectRisk- and deviation managementDelivering according to contractManaging suppliers according to contractBudget- and result responsibility for the project and monthly financial reportingMonitoring, reporting and communicating project status internally and externallyControlling quality and contributing to continuous improvementOther administrative tasks in the ProjectsKey contact towards the Project Organization at the YardQualificationsRelevant Bachelor/Master degree is an advantageRelevant experience from Projects is an advantageRelevant work experience in Project Management and/or technical experience from maritime industry can replace formal educationEnglish fluent, both written and spokenVARD works systematically for inclusion and diversity and encourage everyone to apply, even if your competence does not match 100% the above.
