Project Manager

We are looking for a structured and experienced Project Manager for our team for offshore & onshore projects. The role involves responsibility for detailed planning and coordination of inspection activities according to customer requirements and internal procedures. The position requires a high degree of independence and the ability to work closely with both technical and operational personnel. Responsibilities: Planning of inspection campaigns (ANDT and NDT). Follow-up of junior personnel onshore (engineers with 1-2 years of experience) and resources on site (inspectors). Coordination of personnel and equipment according to the campaign plan. Financial follow-up of projects from start to finish.

Reporting and documentation of performed activities and any deviations. Qualifications: Higher technical education (BS. C engineer). Certification within NS 415 is advantageous. Previous industry experience. Good knowledge of SAP. Ability to read and understand technical documentation, P&ID, and structural drawings. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Norwegian and English.
