Job Description

Location: Tau, NorwayAre you passionate about driving impactful HR strategies in a dynamic, international environment? We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner / Expert HR to join our team in Norway, supporting our operations across Tau, Ellingsøya, and Solbergelva. As part of a global organization, you will play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals while ensuring compliance with local legislation and collective labor agreements. Your Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders across the three Norwegian sites.

Drive and implement HR initiatives aligned with both local and global business strategies. Support organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management. Lead and support employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with Norwegian labor laws and collective labor agreements (CLA). Participate in and lead negotiations with unions and employee representatives. Collaborate with HR colleagues across the Nordics, including Denmark, to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing. Facilitate performance management, leadership development, and succession planning. Contribute to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and HR policy implementation. You bring a positive and proactive attitude and are motivated by continuous learning and improvement to meet the evolving needs of the business. Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, Manufcaturing site exeprience is a plus.

Experince in employment practices in accordance with Norwegian employment law, including handling of Collective Labor Agreements (CLA) and union negotiations. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently across multiple locations and collaborate in a matrix organization. Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) and in English. Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-informed approach to identifying solutions and making sound, well-founded decisions and recommendations.
