That's why we are looking for 2 Finance Graduates as part of our Ng? Kaihoe (graduate) programme. In total, we are looking for 15 Graduates to join our whanau. N?u te rourou - What's in it for you??During our 18-month programme you will work on building your craft within 3 separate teams (6 months each). You'll be under the guidance of your people leaders, a mentor, and our Talent Lead, who oversees the programme. You'll also be provided a buddy when you join, who will help you settle and find your way. You'll be given the opportunity to join an organisation that allows you to give back. You'll be doing important work, contributing towards a better experience for our customers and communities.

You will also assist with economic and financial analysis to support business cases and funding applications to NZTA. Other key responsibilities include: Working on initiatives to optimise funding sources. Conducting data analysis and preparing reports to assist the organisation in making informed, data-driven decisions.

Assisting with long-term financial modelling and assessing whole-of-life project costs. Financial analysis, appraisal and evaluation of projects, programmes and new business initiatives. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance functionOnce the 18-month programme concludes you will be seamlessly transitioned into permanent positions within AT, from one of your rotations, continuing your journey in the AT wh?nau.
