N?u te rourou - What's in it for you??During our 18-month programme you will work on building your craft within 3 separate teams (6 months each). You'll be under the guidance of your people leaders, a mentor, and our Talent Lead, who oversees the programme. You will also assist with economic and financial analysis to support business cases and funding applications to NZTA. Other key responsibilities include: Working on initiatives to optimise funding sources. Conducting data analysis and preparing reports to assist the organisation in making informed, data-driven decisions.
Assisting with long-term financial modelling and assessing whole-of-life project costs. Financial analysis, appraisal and evaluation of projects, programmes and new business initiatives. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance functionOnce the 18-month programme concludes you will be seamlessly transitioned into permanent positions within AT, from one of your rotations, continuing your journey in the AT wh?nau.
