We are currently hiring a dynamic Corporate Paralegal, responsible to provide expert advice on corporate structures and support the management with administrative tasks including but not limited to drafting legal documents and conducting research on behalf of the organization. Key Accountabilities:
Assess, amend, and advise on the appropriate corporate structures for Meydan Free Zone companies, including but not limited to identifying key documents required and changes in structure. Research and advise relevant parties on current and upcoming rules and regulations pertaining to company law and employee regulations. Review and advise on company formation transactions daily. Draft, review and perform due diligence on contracts and commercial agreements, in alignment with the organization’s interests. Draft various legal documents, including legal notices and memos. Support all departments with legal requirements when necessary and requested.
Support the Head of Applicant Support, Applicant Support Manager, and other relevant departments with the development of transaction materials, strategic as well as operational planning. Resolve escalated issues on time and conduct random transaction checks on the applications of the Offshore team to ensure quality. Prepare monthly and weekly reports following the requirements of the Head of the Department, whenever requested. Constant analysis of the application and the process errors of the designated offshore team, and report the same to the Applicant Support Manager, to improve or formulate new procedures. To Join our team, you will have:
Bachelor’s degree in law is mandatory. Any certifications or relevant master’s degree would be a plus. 1-2 years in a similar role within business set up and company formation industry. Hands-on knowledge of corporate law and ability to draft legal documents. A critical ability to analyze company formation contracts to conduct due diligence. Strong legal referencing skills to proactively solve problems and assist with decision making keeping the interest of organization in mind. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills. Good sense of judgement. Language skills: English. Any second language is desirable.
