Desktop Support Analyst

We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support to users on our high-performance trade floor. While prior experience in a trading environment is not required, a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and a keen interest in learning financial systems are essential to thrive in this role.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely desktop, laptop, and peripheral support to trade floor usersTroubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows-based systemsMonitor, prioritize, and respond to support requests with efficiency and professionalismAssist with setting up and maintaining trading-specific workstations, multiple-monitor configurations, and specialized software toolsSupport remote access technologies and VPN connectivity for tradersCollaborate with infrastructure and application teams to escalate and resolve complex issuesDocument resolutions and contribute to continuous improvement effortsMaintain hardware inventory and participate in asset refresh cyclesBe available for early morning or extended hours as required by market schedules? Required Qualifications2+ years of IT support experience (desktop/help desk)Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking conceptsFamiliarity with Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systemsAbility to work onsite with flexibility around trading hours? Nice-to-HavesExposure to trade floor environments or financial institutionsExperience supporting market data tools (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.
