Data Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY: Jackson Healthcare is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our growing information technology team! In this position you’ll perform extensive quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business decision-making across the organization. The creation and use of reports and dashboards delivered through the Microsoft Power BI platform and ancillary tools will be central to providing insights to business partners. The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively is critical to the success of this role. THIS ROLE IS HYBRID AND REQUIRES RESIDING IN THE ATLANTA AREA. No relocation assistance will be provided with any offer.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate frequently with business partners to understand their business processes and identify opportunities to drive better decision-making through data & analytic solutionsGain familiarity with the data underlying Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, M365 and other platforms in use across the organization to draw out actionable insightsPerform quantitative and qualitative analysis around various business subject matters, and provide data driven and actionable insights through the creation of reports and data visualizations to facilitate business decision makingDesign, develop, test, and support both standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards as requested by business partnersEnsure reports, dashboards and data feeds are secured and follow data governance and security policiesAnalyze and interpret results using standard statistical tools and techniquesDevelop templates and branding to deliver a consistent and intuitive end-user experience for analytic solutionsQUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:

3-5 years of experience in an analytical roleBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience requiredSelf-motivated with the ability to define, structure, and prioritize workKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Expertise in building and deploying reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BIFamiliarity with dimensional database modelsProficient with data visualizations and data storytelling to drive insights and decision-makingExpertise in Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication skillsExperience in mapping business processes and recommending changes to better align with analytical needsExperience with one or more of the following business platforms preferred:

Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNowExperience in analytics for Human Resources, Insurance, or Medical Billing a plus
