Junior Supply Chain Analyst

Junior Supply Chain AnalystAre you looking to launch your career in global supply chain operations? Join our team as a Junior Supply Chain Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in managing end-to-end logistics for international shipments and inventory operations across multiple continents. You’ll work closely with teams in Menlo, Georgia, and collaborate with our global headquarters in Himeji, Japan, as well as factories in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Guatemala to ensure timely delivery of products to our distributors. What You’ll DoMonitor and analyze sales and inventory data to forecast demand and avoid stockouts.

Coordinate international shipments from order placement through to customs clearance and final delivery. Communicate with factories to ensure optimal container utilization and shipping efficiency. Manage backorders and work proactively to resolve supply delays. Organize direct-to-customer drop shipments when required. Act as a liaison between logistics teams, global factories, and freight partners to manage customs and shipping requirements. Provide advance shipping forecasts and coordinate with freight forwarders to reserve vessel space. What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred). Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.

Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal. Eagerness to work in a global team environment and collaborate across time zones. Willingness to learn international trade, shipping procedures, and our product portfolio. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (domestic and international).
