About the RoleAs Head of Operations, you will provide strategic and inspirational leadership to the restaurant network, driving uncompromising operational excellence, superior financial performance, and world-class guest experiences. This role will lead a team of Regional Operations Manager across each state. This role is fundamental to improving Franchise Partner EBITDA while maintaining the highest standards of brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent brand standard execution across the network, managing audits, compliance programs, and quality assurance initiativesStrategic Execution: Oversee new store openings, technology rollouts, and cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and guest experienceTeam Development:
Lead and mentor Regional Operations Managers, building a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and people developmentFranchise Partner Leadership: Serve as key liaison between franchisor and franchisees, managing FAC meetings, QBRs, and driving exceptional engagement and supportWhat We're Looking ForEssential Experience: Extensive senior leadership experience in multi-site operations (National Operations Manager or GM level) within QSR, fast-casual, or franchise hospitalityProven track record managing geographically dispersed teams and developing operational leadersStrong P&L management experience with accountability for significant store networksExperience driving franchise partner relationships and profitability improvementsCore Competencies:
Strong leadership and coaching skills with ability to inspire senior teamsExceptional financial acumen with ability to analyze complex reports and coach profitabilityExcellent influencing and relationship-building skills, particularly with franchise ownersStrategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into actionable operational plansQualifications:
