The warnings issued by Environment Canada stretch from Sault Ste. Marie, east to Chalk River, and south to Lake Erie.

They call for between five and 20 centimetres of total snowfall, easing into scattered flurries or rain showers throughout the day.

Strong wind gusts are expected off Lake Erie and Lake Ontario, including for Niagara Falls, Toronto and Kingston.

Lake effect snow tonight and into Monday morning could deliver another wallop to already hard-hit areas off Lake Huron and Georgian Bay.

Hydro One is reporting several hundred customers are without power in different parts of the province.
