Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz enjoyed a rare date night in London. Craig, 57, and Weisz, 55, attended the premiere of Craig's Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery on Wednesday, Oct. 8, at the BFI London Film Festival. The pair first met in 1994 when they were cast in a production of Les Grandes Horizontales at London's National Theatre Studio. They began dating when they starred in the 2011 movie Dream House, in which they portrayed a married couple. The pair got married in a secret wedding ceremony held in New York in June 2011. In 2018, they welcomed daughter Grace, now 7. Craig also shares daughter Ella, 33, with ex-wife Fiona Loudon, and Weisz has son Henry, 19, with ex-husband Darren Aronofsky. The former James Bond star told The New York Times in a 2024 interview that he tries to be more choosy with his acting roles these days in order to spend more time with his family. Craig stars as detective Benoit Blanc in the Knives Out murder-mystery movies, which are written and directed by Rian Johnson. Wake Up Dead Man sees Craig alongside an ensemble cast that includes Glenn Close, Cailee Spaeny, Kerry Washington, Josh Brolin, Mila Kunis, Jeremy Renner, Josh O'Connor and Andrew Scott for the franchise's third movie. A trailer sees Craig's Blanc describe the mysterious murder of a Catholic priest (Brolin, 57) in the middle of a mass as "the impossible crime." Wake Up Dead Man made its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival Sept. 6. The movie is in select theaters Nov. 26, then streaming on Netflix Dec. 12.
