Bucks’ Ryan Rollins gets gift from Stephen Curry after outscoring Warriors superstar

Rollins’ night must have gotten even brighter for him when he received a gift from the two-time NBA Most Valuable Player. According to Ben Steele of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Curry sent a signed No. 30 Golden State jersey to Rollins. Of course, Rollins appreciated the gesture from the future Basketball Hall of Famer. “Him being Steph Curry, him just being so down-to-earth and humble in how he talked to me when I was just coming in and for who he was at that time, his stature, (it was) very humbling,” said Rollins. That’s a great thing that I witnessed my first year, so it’s great that I got a jersey. “I’m going to hang it up on the wall somewhere, for sure.” The Bucks and the Warriors will meet one more time in the regular season, which will be on Jan. 7 at Chase Center in San Francisco.

Milwaukee Bucks: Giannis Antetokounmpo continues making history in win over New York Knicks

Giannis is the first player in NBA history to put up 140+ points, 50+ rebounds, and 20+ assists through his first four games of any season. So far this year, he is averaging 36.3 points, 14.0 rebounds, and 7.0 assists per game while shooting 69.5% from the field. Ever since he won his second consecutive NBA MVP Award following the 2020-21 season, the Greek Freak has not finished higher than third in any year since. If he continues to put up historic numbers, it is possible that he could take home his third career MVP Award this season. Of course, personal accolades are not Giannis’ primary goal. He wants to win another NBA Championship, and he would prefer to do so in Milwaukee. It is still early and there is no clearcut favorite to win the Eastern Conference yet. But if Giannis continues to lead the Bucks to victory against good teams, they have as good of a chance as any.
