Milwaukee Bucks: Giannis Antetokounmpo continues making history in win over New York Knicks

Giannis is the first player in NBA history to put up 140+ points, 50+ rebounds, and 20+ assists through his first four games of any season. So far this year, he is averaging 36.3 points, 14.0 rebounds, and 7.0 assists per game while shooting 69.5% from the field. Ever since he won his second consecutive NBA MVP Award following the 2020-21 season, the Greek Freak has not finished higher than third in any year since. If he continues to put up historic numbers, it is possible that he could take home his third career MVP Award this season. Of course, personal accolades are not Giannis’ primary goal. He wants to win another NBA Championship, and he would prefer to do so in Milwaukee. It is still early and there is no clearcut favorite to win the Eastern Conference yet. But if Giannis continues to lead the Bucks to victory against good teams, they have as good of a chance as any.
