Job DescriptionLocation: 21/4 Nguyen Thi Huynh, Phu Nhuan Ward, HCMCWorking hours: 8a.m – 5p.m Mon-FriDepartment: Software Development DepartmentResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing based on product requirements.Design, maintain, and run automated tests using tools such as Selenium or Katalon; perform manual testing when required.Identify, log, and track defects using Jira, and collaborate with developers to analyze root causes and verify fixes.Maintain test frameworks, documentation, and realistic test data to ensure data integrity.Conduct API testing with tools like Postman and support performance and exploratory testing.Monitor testing progress, prepare reports on product quality, and recommend process improvements.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.Qualifications & Skills2–3 years of experience in software QA (manual and automated testing).Proficient in Selenium, Katalon, Postman, and Jira.Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile processes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.QA-related certifications are a plusGood English is required to work with clients in Singapore.
