Now they are looking for new teammates with whom they will achieve together.In that team;• Identify IT risks, create and monitor an action plan to eliminate risks and risk quantification• Identify test methods for the documented controls, agree on the methods with the related teams and perform the tests in accordance with the control definitions• Provide consultancy to the teams for the execution of the risk and control activities that are identified as per different requirements• Perform activities in order to improve the test methods with automation, increase the effectiveness of the testing activities• Confirm the test results that are concluded as ‘ineffective’ with the control owners, provide support to the activities for increasing the control effectiveness• Report both the risks and "test results of controls" and sharing the results with related partiesHow do we describe the perfect match?• BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Industry Engineering or equivalent disciplines• Experience in legislation and relevant international standards for banks' information systems• Preferably having CRISC, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 LA Certifications• Minimum 12 years experience in information technology and information security areas• Experience in leading large and multi-party projects in the field of risk, compliance and internal control• Knowledge about regulation and standards in the financial sector• Knowledge of information security trends• Embracing customer first approach, able to develop trust-based relationship with customers and understand their needs• Embracing one-team approach, able to be a strong team player• Passion for quality and continuous improvement• Strong multi-tasking abilities and motivation in a fast paced environment• Strong desire for continuous learning and development in a self-led organization• Ability to orchestrate multiple projects and priorities in alignment with current business objectives• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills• Good command of written and spoken English📢 If you would like to get to know more about Garanti BBVA Technology, please follow us on Instagram, LinkedIn, Medium and our Company Website;https://www.garantibbvateknoloji.com.tr/https://www.instagram.com/garantibbvateknoloji/https://www.linkedin.com/company/garanti-teknoloji/https://medium.com/@GarantiBBVATeknoloji
