SOC Engineer

Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SIEM solutions (IBM QRadar and/or Wazuh preferred)Advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systemsProven experience in log collection, correlation, alert management, and reportingSolid understanding of network security concepts (Firewall, IDS/IPS, Syslog, VPN, etc.)Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and incident analysis skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesFamiliarity with ISO 27001, SOC operations, or incident response processes is a plusResponsibilities:Manage, configure, and maintain SIEM platforms (primarily IBM QRadar and Wazuh)Collect, correlate, and analyze security logs to detect and respond to potential threatsHandle incident response processes and perform root cause analysesGenerate reports and provide recommendations for security improvementsMonitor data from various security tools (Firewall, IDS/IPS, Antivirus, EDR, DLP, etc.)Ensure compliance with company security policies and standardsContribute to team knowledge sharing and security awareness initiatives
