We are in the USA, China, Hong Kong, Colombia, Germany, and Turkey. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Software department and seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Turkey.💼 Job Description:You will be part of the core engineering team that designs, builds, and integrates our AI Sales Agent, which connects multiple systems (CRM, email, LinkedIn, Amazon APIs, etc.) to automate lead generation, qualification, and outreach workflows.Key responsibilities:Develop backend services and APIs to integrate with third-party tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, Gmail, Amazon Seller API, N8N, and Calendly.Build automation workflows (e.g., via Zapier, custom connectors, or microservices).Implement NLP-based classification and scoring modules for lead qualification using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar).Work closely with the AI and Product teams to integrate and fine-tune AI prompt workflows for personalized messaging and decision-making.Design scalable data structures for storing and analyzing lead and engagement data.Collaborate with the Data Analyst to create pipelines and metrics for continuous learning and optimization (open rates, reply rates, etc.).⚙️ Tech Stack & ToolsWe’re flexible with exact tech, but experience in most of the following is ideal:Backend: .NET Core, Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.jsFrontend: Angular or React (for internal dashboards)Integrations: REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, ZapierDatabases: PostgreSQL, RedisAI / NLP: OpenAI API, LangChain, HuggingFaceCRM APIs: HubSpot, Salesforce, ZohoCloud: AWS, Azure, or GCPVersion Control: Git, GitLab CI/CD🧠 What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.5+ years of software development experience (preferably in backend and integrations).Strong experience with RESTful API design, data integration, and automation workflows.Experience working with AI models or prompt-based logic is a huge plus.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in English-speaking teams (U.S. and Colombia).💡 Nice to HaveExperience with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce).Familiarity with AI agents, workflow orchestration, or multi-touch outreach automation.Experience in e-commerce, Amazon Seller APIs, or B2B SaaS platforms.🌈 Why Join Us:Work in a global company with diverse and dynamic teams.Opportunity to work on challenging projects in the logistics industry.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Remote work flexibility.Opportunity to constantly renew and keep yourself updated with the most up-to-date technologies.📩 How to Apply: Please apply through our LinkedIn job posting.🔎 Find More About Us:Our Company: https://www.forceget.com
