工作职责 负责生产设备的功能开发、技术改进和升级优化工作，助力公司智能制造； 2. 解决设备异常问题，优化生产节拍，提高设备利用率、单位产量和产品良率； 3. 参与项目方案策划与执行，识别潜在机会与风险，并提出优化建议。任职要求 本科及以上学历，2026年应届毕业生，理工类专业优先，如机械工程（含机械设计制造及其自动化）、电气工程、动力工程及工程热物理、工业工程等； 2. 熟悉机械制图（CAD/SolidWorks等工具），动手能力强，有项目实操经验者优先； 3. 持有英语CET-4/CET-6/雅思/托福有效证书者优先； 4. 动手能力强，有较强的沟通能力和团队协作意识。
