Job responsibilitiesCommunity Engagement: Assist in managing brand community platforms (social media groups, forums, chat groups), respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and friendly manner, and initiate discussions and encourage member participation.Content Creation & Support: Assist in creating posts and captions for community channels, support live event coverage through social media updates (Stories, photos, short videos), and help maintain the community content calendar.Event & Campaign Support: Assist in organizing and executing community events (meetups, workshops, product launches) and coordinate with community leaders, ambassadors, and partners.Monitoring & Reporting: Track community growth, engagement, and sentiment, compile weekly or monthly reports for the community team, gather feedback from community members to improve future activities.Job requirementsCurrently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing or CommunicationsPassion for technology, gadgets, and community engagement.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of social media management and what happen trend / virality esp. Gen Z Trends.Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in suggesting ideas.Willing to attend and support events, sometimes on weekends.Able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
