Reporting to the Digital Platforms managers, your key learning will include:Interdepartmental collaboration and coordinationSupport Sales and Marketing initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement across projects and customer experienceSupport in the creation of digital content for websites and applicationsSupport in the execution of sales and aftersales campaignsCollate and analyse customer data and build performance reportsConduct regular data validation and quality checks to maintain reliability of customer dataCollect business demands and assist in testing new system releases to ensure they meet business requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide testing, quality assurance, technical support, access and feedback for platforms and system integrationsSupport with newsletters, stakeholder communications and other marketing activitiesWhat we are looking for:Self-motivated and proactive students who are passionate about gaining work experience. Effective communicators who can build rapport, enjoy collaborating with others and have the confidence to step up and drive change and ideas. To be considered, students must be an undergraduate in their second year or have at least 1 year left of studies as of January 2026, in a Marketing, Business or IT-related degree.
