Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) business in Switzerland.You’ll get to initiate, accompany and evaluate market development concept, prepare, accompany and follow-up management meetings and internal events participate in customer meetings, experience the preparation and follow-up, including the preparation of professional documents for the interviewYour teamThe Corporate & Real Estate division in Central Switzerland comprises the Corporate Clients and Construction & Real Estate segments and serves small, medium-sized and large companies. You will work in the Business, Sales and Risk Management department in Lucerne and Zug. Together with the regional management and the representatives from the market areas, we are actively developing this business area. You will gain a very versatile insight into how customer service for corporate clients is conducted, where the challenges lie and how these challenges are responded to.Your expertiseWe’re looking for a candidate who has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree) has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system is fluent in German and has good language skills in English has a good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel has a quick comprehension, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, initiative and a wide range of interests has a strong customer orientation, confident appearance and well-groomed manners has an initial practical experience in the field of economics, banking or finance is an advantageWe’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving.
