3D Animator/ Cinematic Artist

This success has empowered us to take on larger-scale projects, expanding our creative vision and pushing the boundaries of gameplay and storytelling across other platforms - PC and VR. RoleWe're searching for a talented and passionate Animator / Cinematic Artist to join our dynamic game development team. In this role, you'll be crucial in bringing our game's narrative to life through captivating and immersive cinematic sequences and trailers. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to craft visually stunning and emotionally resonant moments that significantly enhance the player's experience.

  ResponsibilitiesDesign and create various character animations with Blender; Work closely with designers, artists, and developers to integrate animations into the game engine; Design and implement in-game cinematics and trailers from concept to final delivery; Implement lighting and post-processing effects in Unity to establish mood, atmosphere, and visual fidelity; Apply a deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and editing to create impactful cinematic sequences and promotional content.

RequirementsPast experience as an Animator, Cinematic Artist or similar role; Good English is a must; Solid experience in 3D animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing character and/or cinematic animation; Excellent skills in Unity for animation, camera work, and lighting; Strong proficiency in Blender for modeling, rigging, and animation; Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration; Ability to work collaboratively on-site in a fast-paced game development environment.  Bonus Points forLithuanian language skills; Familiarity with motion capture data integration; A strong passion for video games and interactive storytelling.
