3D Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D spatial designer to join our team for a leading luxury beauty and fragrance brand. In this role, you will shape the brand’s retail expression across the region—designing immersive environments that capture brand storytelling, inspire discovery, and elevate the consumer experience.Key Responsibilities:Conceptualize, design, and implement visual merchandising strategies for beauty counters, wallbays, gondolas, podiums, and large-scale pop-up activations in travel retail environments.Develop 3D renderings, planograms, and visual guidelines that bring the brand’s DNA to life while driving commercial objectives.Lead the creation and execution of both permanent retail spaces and seasonal animations, ensuring visual coherence and impact across all touchpoints.Monitor regional retail trends, competitor activations, and evolving consumer preferences, translating insights into forward-thinking merchandising concepts.Uphold all brand standards, visual principles, and safety requirements, ensuring alignment with global retail design codes.Requirements:4–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within luxury beauty, fragrance, or skincare in travel retail or prestige retail environments.Proficiency in 3D design software (3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or equivalent) with a strong sense of spatial design and detail.Demonstrated ability to create planograms and VM concepts for high-visibility counters and activations.Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple launches across markets.Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling.
