Senior Interior Designer

Role DescriptionThe Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E. They will oversee the design process, collaborate with the team, and ensure the successful execution of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Excellence: Bring your creative vision to every project, ensuring outcomes that are both innovative and timeless.Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand and exceed their expectations.Project Leadership: Manage all aspects of international projects—from concept to completion—while maintaining timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.Collaborative Leadership: Mentor and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.Communication Mastery: Articulate design ideas clearly to clients, consultants, and internal teams through presentations and written reports.RequirementsA design star with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design (or a related field) and 8-10 years of experience.Global exposure and experience in managing international projects in high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.Exceptional skills in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) and a strong sense of aesthetic and detail.Proven ability to balance creativity, technical expertise, and client management in a high-pressure environment.An engaging and approachable personality, adept at relationship building and stakeholder communication.Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings skillsInterior Design and FF&E knowledgeProven experience in designing unique and innovative spacesStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to lead and manage design teamsExperience working on international projectsHow to applyPlease email your detailed resume to info@urbnarc.comYour application should include:Resume and FolioReference lettersLast drawn salary and expected salarySingapore Residency StatusOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted
