As a pivotal member of our client’s team, you will help craft world-class animations that win pitches, elevate campaigns, and delight demanding stakeholders.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior 3D Animator to join our client’s team. If you’re a detail-obsessed, creatively rigorous problem solver who wants to shape best-in-class 3D content for global brands while growing inside a fast-evolving UK studio, this could be the opportunity for you.You’ll own end-to-end animation workflows, from storyboard and previs to look-dev and final render, driving quality, consistency, and delivery on complex product and industrial narratives. This position offers significant growth within a collaborative, standards-driven, craft-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate polished, on-brand 3D animations from concept to final renderModel, texture, light, and render assets and environments for product and industrial filmsCollaborate on storyboards and pre-visualisation to establish narrative and camera languageDefine look-dev, materials, and lighting to achieve cinematic quality under tight timelinesSet up efficient render pipelines and passes for compositing in After EffectsOptimise scenes for performance and fidelity across Redshift/Octane/ArnoldMaintain version control, naming, and file hygiene across projectsWork closely with producers and designers to hit milestones and quality barsContribute to R&D on techniques, tools, and workflows to raise studio standardsMinimum Qualifications4+ years of professional experience in 3D animation and motion designExpert proficiency in Cinema 4D and Adobe After Effects with a strong showreelProven capability across modelling, lighting, animation, rendering, and compositingStrong grasp of composition, timing, storytelling, and camera animationDemonstrated ability to deliver independently and as part of a creative teamExcellent organisation and time management with consistent on-deadline deliveryBonus QualificationsBlender proficiency for modelling, animation, or simulation workflowsHands-on experience with Redshift, Octane, or Arnold in productionTrack record producing high-end product or industrial visualisationsDegree or diploma in Animation, Motion Design, VFX, or related fieldCompany BenefitsTop-of-the-market pay.Remote working.Potential for flexible hours.Typically, we work with our own laptops, but if you need any extra gadgets to do your best work, we’ve got you covered.Becoming a part of Palm Outsourcing, where your performance is rewarded in long-term job security and continued growth opportunities.Thank you for taking the time to apply, we look forward to reviewing your application.
