3D Motion Designer

We collaborate with brands, artists, and innovative companies to bring their visual identity to life directly on the web.The RoleWe’re looking for a talented 3D / Motion Designer who can create stunning visuals and animations to be integrated directly into our websites. You’ll work closely with our design, development, and creative teams to push the boundaries of digital storytelling through motion and 3D design.Responsibilities • Design and animate 3D assets, motion graphics, and visual effects for web experiences. • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure smooth integration of animations into websites (WebGL, Three.js, Lottie, video loops, etc.). • Conceptualize and produce engaging animations that enhance brand identity and user experience. • Optimize assets for performance and responsiveness on web platforms. • Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in motion design, 3D, and web animation.Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, 3D Artist, or similar role. • Strong proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, Houdini, or equivalent. • Good understanding of web integration workflows (exporting animations for WebGL, using Lottie, or integrating 3D assets online). • A solid sense of timing, composition, color, and storytelling. • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. • Portfolio showcasing 3D work and web-integrated motion projects.Nice to Have • Experience with interactive or real-time 3D tools (Three.js, Unreal Engine, Unity, Spline, etc.). • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) or collaboration with developers. • Interest in creative coding and experimental design.
