3D Tekla Detailer- Steel Contracting

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented 3D Tekla Detailer to join our structural steel Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Modeling and Editing works for Fabrication and Erection drawings using Tekla Structures, along with proficiency in AutoCAD for developing GA and connection detail shop drawings.Key Responsibilities:Develop accurate 3D Tekla models for structural steel projects based on design and architectural drawingsPrepare and edit fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and assembly detailsGenerate and manage GA drawings, connection details, and shop drawings using AutoCADCoordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure design intent and fabrication requirements are metPerform model checks and resolve clashes or discrepanciesMaintain drawing standards and ensure quality and accuracy across all deliverablesSupport the fabrication and site erection teams with clear and precise detailing outputsRequirementsQualifications:Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 5 years of solid experience in Tekla modeling and detailing for structural steel worksTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Tekla Structures for 3D modeling, editing, and detailingStrong command of AutoCAD for GA and connection detail drawingsGood understanding of fabrication and erection processesKnowledge of relevant steel detailing standards and practicesFamiliarity with project coordination workflows and revision managementKey Attributes:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work outputGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesProblem-solving attitude with a focus on constructability and efficiency
