Job Description

Provide support on Centralized Accounts Management Unit activities and functions, i.e. Client’s onboarding, maintenance service requests, efficiently and accurately and in accordance with OPM and SOP’sTo process signature requests with adequate controls as per banks policy.To validate online Trade license and MOA of entity cases through Govt. authority’s websites.To process cases with 99% accuracy. Nil EscalationsTo review and validate original documents VS scan image.Make sure to meet SLA, KPI, regulatory and compliance requirementsConduct root cause analysis of Complaints or escalations. To ensure correct MI Reporting and timely update of SOP, RCSA test resultsComprehensive knowledge of General Banking Activities and Online Banking Products and Services.Good Communication skills. Strong inter-personal, problem solving communication, analytical.Capable of handling multiple taskMinimum Qualification is Graduation. Strong Computer knowledge along with MIS preparation and presentation skills
