Audit Manager – UAEA leading professional services firm in the UAE is seeking an Audit Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver high-quality audit services across a diverse client portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with IFRS, auditing standards, and local regulations.Build trusted client relationships, providing strategic insights and value-added recommendations.Review audit documentation, test controls, and assess financial reporting frameworks.Oversee engagement budgeting, team performance, and overall profitability.Collaborate with cross-functional specialists to deliver comprehensive audit solutions.Identify and resolve complex audit issues while maintaining high-quality standards.Key Requirements:4+ years of audit experience within a major public accounting or professional services firm.Strong knowledge of audit methodology, risk assessment, and IFRS.Experience auditing clients within the banking or financial services sector is essential.Recognized international accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).Proven leadership and client relationship management skills.Excellent communication skills in English.
