So, if you’re after some tasty beer with a difference you’ve come to the right place.The RoleThe 3PL Stock Administrator is primarily responsible for the proactive coordination and administration of stock at 3rd Party sites, ensuring it is in the right place, at the right time and in the right quantity. The 3PL Stock Administrator will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve and develop processes that ensure stock levels are accurately maintained with our 3PL partners enabling the capability to achieve 100% OTIF, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.What You’ll Be DoingDeliver exceptional service through prompt and effective communication, acting as a crucial link between all stakeholders to enhance customer experience whilst ensuring both stock availability and quality.Oversee the planning and coordination of stock movements between 3PL, Contract Brewers and Beavertown sites, ensuring timely, compliant transactions that reflect stock accuracy across all locations.Conduct regular reviews of stock health through systems to maintain optimal inventory levels and support effective allocation planning.Validate stock reporting accuracy through regular audits of 3PL sites, addressing issues and giving recommendations for improvement based on the audit findings.Act as the central hub for all transport requests, coordinating and executing deliveries or directing them as needed to ensure seamless operationsEnsure timely updates to the relevant planners and trackers for stakeholder transparency.Maintain proactive communication with hauliers to ensure visibility on delivery and collection schedules, and promptly inform stakeholders of any anticipated delays or issues.Capture and contribute to the reporting of performance metrics.Contribute to the introduction and accuracy of IT tools and systems that support the end to end logistics operations.Analyse processes and trends to uncover opportunities for improvement and proactively identify potential issues.What You’ll Bring To UsPractical experience working as a Stock Administrator specifically for 3PL’sPrevious examples in the logistic industry with SAPAccuracy / Efficiency / Compliance / Inventory Health Previous examples of handling multiple stock admin tasksExperience excelling in an ever-changing stock management environment, prioritising effectively and always meeting deadlinesStrong skills in all Microsoft package First class communication skills with experience partnering with multiple stakeholdersYour passion for the industry and the Beavertown brandWhat’s In It For YouDiscounts on Beavertown beer and goodiesDiscretionary bonus25 days Annual Leave plus a day off to celebrate your birthday2 days off every year for volunteeringPrivate healthcareCompany pensionTeam and company social events including monthly lunch
