Are you that organised person: always in control, hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented to keep everything running smoothly?You’ll be the operational backbone of our team : the go-to person for everything from facilities, to service providers, to keeping the building facilities at its best.

You'll also collaborate closely with our internal team to make sure our members have a consistently excellent office and community experience.

What You’ll Be DoingManage daily operations and building logistics Be the first point of contact for facilities, vendors, and service providersOversee inventory, supplies, and access controlHandle repairs, maintenance, and unexpected issuesMaintain internal tools to track tasks and requestsSpot problems early — and solve them before they growMeet with current providers to ensure quality deliverySuggest improvements and implement changes that help us run smootherAlign with sales and community team to ensure the space matches our professional standardsWho We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years relevant work experience in operations, hospitality, office management or facility management — preferably in coworking or a hospitality-driven environmentA natural problem-solver with a strong sense of ownershipAble to stay calm and structured and organised in fast-paced environmentsComfortable working independently while collaborating with a close-knit teamSomeone who doesn’t just maintain — but makes improvements where you see opportunities Why Join 42workspace?Located on the nicest street of Rotterdam:
