At UluntuXD, we design with purpose, blending experience strategy, design, and mentorship to shape meaningful human experiences and empower future design leaders across Africa.We’re looking for a Business Development Partner (Commission-Based) who can help us grow our client network and expand our impact through partnerships, training, and design services. What You’ll DoIdentify and engage potential clients across industries (financial services, NGOs, education, SMEs, and creative sectors).Set up and manage discovery meetings with prospective clients.Represent UluntuXD’s offerings: design strategy, experience design, research, and mentorship programs.Build and nurture long-term client relationships.Collaborate with our leadership and design teams to turn leads into meaningful projects. Who You AreA connector — you love people, conversations, and creating opportunities.Confident in pitching, presenting, and communicating value in a clear, human way.Familiar with the creative, design, or innovation space (a big plus).Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.Excited by purpose-driven work and social impact. Compensation⚠️ This is a 100% commission-based opportunity, there is no base salary.
