Job Description
该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述： 1、负责构建公司的流程管理体系（含流程架构、流程管理体系和平台、主流程建设）； 2、负责公司流程管理的专业能力构建与赋能，建设流程文化和流程型组织，支撑公司和各业务体系战略落地需求； 3、负责公司业务效率的提升，如 top效率问题的识别和推进优化、电子流提效等； 4、支撑IPD等变革落地，固化变革成果； 5、负责流程团队的建设和能力提升。 职位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，5-10年工作经验，管理类、电子类、IT类专业优先； 2、目标感强、系统性和逻辑性思维、统筹协调能力、抗压性； 3、能快速了解业务状况，洞悉业务本质和问题根源，提供流程解决方案； 4、有0-1流程管理体系建设的经验，主导或参与过标杆公司流程变革成功项目优先； 5、熟悉IPD流程领域优先，有科技制造类企业的业务经验者优先。
