工作职责:Business Context And Main Challenges Of The Job In charge of the marketing work of specific product line on certain channel, under the organization of National Business Unit marketing team. In charge of translating IBP, BMP, into the JTBD of the specific product line, and lands with respective marketing initiatives, and to meet company goal setting. Cooperate with cross-function team land the business agenda, including CSP, CMI, Media, Sales team.Main Accountabilities BRAND MARKETING PLAN Plan and land integrated brand marketing initiatives for the product line or for any specific channels, which is corresponding to the I/O and brand JTBD. Support the business agenda of product line from a marketing perspective, plan and land activities / assets etc. to support the business growth. With Customer Development, sets product line MMO, MCO, business KPI and identify relevant in-store solutions. Engage with key customers alongside Sales team. Monitors product business performance to implement appropriate plan changes.Attitudes / Skills We Like Develops and execute product line marketing initiatives that build the business Business acumen, P&L sense Interpersonal skills (stakeholder management) for better x team cooperationKey Interfaces CSP and Customer Development CMI, Finance, Media etc. Brand Building (us) & Brand Development Team (BG) External agenciesExperience Required Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience Marketing activity planning / execution (e.g, Social, EC, digital planning) as a plus任职条件:Same as above.
