Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述 1. 协助资产证券化/公募REITs项目的前期可行性方案的设计与撰写； 2. 协助完成项目资产筛选、交易结构设计、现金流预测、相关文件撰写等工作； 3. 协助项目负责人进行市场开拓、路演、客户维护等工作； 4.完成团队成员交办的其他任务。 任职要求 1. 在读硕士研究生（2026年7月以后毕业），金融、会计、法律、经管等相关专业优先； 2. 了解并热爱资产证券化业务，有ABS项目实习经验者优先； 3. 具备良好的个人品质和沟通能力、组织协调能力和团队合作能力，学习能力强； 4. 具有良好的Excel和Wind使用能力及PPT制作能力； 5. 满足一周至少四个工作日实习，且至少持续时间3个月及以上。
