高级系统原理工程师 / Senior Wiring System Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责:1、捕捉并分析客户需求、ICD 和子系统控制逻辑。跟踪并维护未决问题。 2、布线系统设计包括负载计算、配电、接地设计、根据客户和李尔设计规则选择电线。 3、起草并交付剪切板文件、选项代码矩阵、系统 DFMEA、拓扑图和物理原理图。 4、维护布线图、定期工程变更和文件。 5、为试制车/同型车的制造/改装/测试提供工程支持。 任职资格:1、电子工程、自动化、车辆工程及工程专业本科或以上学历。 2、熟悉典型的汽车产品开发流程，包括 FMEA 和 DVP&R 等具体内容。 3、熟悉全车电气架构/电源管理；熟悉车辆配电知识。 4、具备原理图设计经验，熟悉至少一种原理图设计工具。 5、5 年以上系统设计经验，至少有一个完整的项目开发经验。 6、有 CHS 系统经验者优先。 7、具备项目管理、时间控制和报告方面的知识。 Scope:Capture and analysis customer requirements, ICDs and subsystem control logic. Track and maintain the open issues.Wiring system design contains load calculation, power distribution, grounding design, wire selection per customer and Lear design rules.Draft & deliver cut sheet files, option code matrix, system DFMEA, Topology & physical schematics.Maintain wiring schematics, regular engineering change and documents.Engineering support for the mule car/homologation vehicle build/retrofit/test. Qualification:Bachelor or above degree in Electronics Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, &Engineering.Knowledge of a typical automotive product development process, including specifics such as FMEA and DVP&R.Familiar with full-vehicle electrical architecture/power management; familiar with vehicle power distribution knowledge.Must have the schematic design experience& familiar with at least one schematics design tool.More than 5 years system design experience and one entire project development at least.Experience in CHS system is highly preferred.Knowledge in project management with timing control, reporting.
