Coordinates UGA and professional student orientation and exit interviews. Assists periodically with recruitment and outreach functions, as well as with the graduation ceremonies. Supervises student worker.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And/or CompetenciesKnowledge of UGA’s General Education Core Curriculum and Warnell’s curricular requirements.Be very familiar with standard word processing and email software.Be able to advise students about formatting resumes, developing professional skills, gaining professional experiences, and job searches.Be able to give constructive criticism and enforce high expectations for student performance.Be highly organized, an effective oral communicator, and responsive to frequent requests for assistance on short notice.An occasional ability to travel, sometimes overnight.Physical DemandsOrdinary for office environment.
