Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Telesales Representative located in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients via telephone, understanding their academic needs, presenting and selling academic services, following up on leads, and maintaining customer databases. The role also involves achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for growth. Qualifications Telesales, Customer Outreach, and Account Management skillsProficiency in understanding and presenting academic servicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to achieve sales targets and handle customer inquiriesExperience in maintaining customer databases and following up on leadsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plusExperience in academic services or related industries is beneficial
