Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email on behalf of a global payment platform Document case resolutions accurately using the contact centre system Ensure cases are resolved within defined timelines Escalate high-priority issues according to client protocols Work independently and as part of a supportive team Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold quality standards Follow scheduled working hours and start shifts on time Meet performance targets for response time, handle time, and resolution rate Take on additional ad hoc tasks that contribute to client satisfaction or KPI improvement Participate in training and development programs REQUIREMENTS:
Danish, Dutch or Flemish: Upper intermediate proficiency (B2 level) English: Fluent (C1 level), both spoken and written Previous experience in outsourced customer service is an advantage Willingness to relocate to Riga or already residing in Latvia EU citizenship or valid work permit for Latvia Good computer skills with a typing speed of 50 words per minute (90% accuracy) Positive, friendly, and self-driven personality Team player with a customer-first mindset and problem-solving skills Able to work shift hours, including part-time (within legal limits), and adapt quickly to changes Clean background check and willingness to undergo one during recruitment BENEFITS:
