We're looking for a motivated Customer Support Agent to handle customer inquiries across phone, chat, and email channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
What You'll DoHandle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing prompt and helpful solutions Log case resolutions accurately in the contact centre system Ensure timely resolution of all cases within the designated lifecycle Escalate high-priority issues as needed, in accordance with client protocols Collaborate effectively with your team and internal departments Maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions Adhere to your assigned work schedule and start your shifts on time Meet key performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and handling time Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous service improvement Take on ad hoc tasks aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction or personal KPIs What Were Looking ForProficiency in Norwegian, German or Dutch (B2) and English (C1)both written and spoken Prior experience in a customer support or outsourcing environment is a plus EU citizenship or valid work permit for Latvia Willingness to relocate to Riga or already living in Latvia Strong typing skills (50+ wpm with 90%+ accuracy) and computer literacy Friendly, positive, and self-motivated with a team-oriented attitude Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing priorities Ability to pass a background check What We OfferPaid initial training and continuous professional development 40-hour workweek within operating hours:
