IT Infrastructure Analyst

As an IT Infrastructure Analyst at Access Bank PLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, which includes servers, networks, storage solutions, and security protocols.

Key ResponsibilitiesImplement monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and reliability of IT infrastructureOversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and server componentsTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues to minimize downtimeCollaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute infrastructure projectsMaintain documentation related to system configurations, changes, and proceduresEnsure compliance with security policies and best practicesProvide technical support and guidance to users and junior team membersRequirementsA minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or systems administration.

First degree in Computing Science, Engineering, Operational sciences or (any other discipline with strong Information Systems component and/or relevant IT Service Management certification)Relevant IT Service Management certification) Experience in at least two IT disciplines in a client/server or service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment, including any combination of technical architecture, network design, application development, systems integration & middleware, servers and storage, database management, and operations.
