Key Responsibilities: Managing end-to-end payroll accounts for our clients i. e.

computing wages, bonus, allowances, claims and overtime payments; calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing advanced payments; and processing new hires and terminations. Ensure timely submission and distribution of payroll and statutory remittance e. g. , EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax. Ensure payroll reports are accurate and disbursed to clients in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with the federal, state and local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines. Update and maintain clients' employees’ records in the system e. g. , basic salary, positions, transfers, promotions and personal details. Advise clients on payroll and other HR matters. Key Qualifications:

Minimum degree in Human Resources/Business or equivalent, with at least 1-2 year of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Possess an excellent attitude, personality, initiative, responsibility, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Well-versed in the Employment Act 1955, particularly in payroll-related calculations. Excellent customer service skills towards external clients, with meticulous organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines during peak periods. Proficient in writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.

Prior experience working for a payroll outsourcing company is an added advantage. Candidates experienced in managing comprehensive HR system.
